After a consultation/assessment, a tailor made treatment plan will be implemented based on your requirements. Techniques from Deep Tissue, Sport, Clinical, Myofascial Release, Hot stones and Holistic Massage will be used. Stretches are also prescribed for aftercare. Progress is measured at every stage.
